They have a name for someone who smells the way Bella does to me. They call her my 'singer'— because her blood sings for me."

After making all the choices they had with 4 possibilities Edward Cullen could choose he finally realized the ones he had chosen were wrong. Leaving Bella was a huge mistake; with Alice warning him it could affect Bella for the worst she was right. Soon after the Cullen’s leaving Forks, Bella was in depression and it didn’t wear off till over 6 months where she became close to wolf Jacob Black. As months went on Jacob was more likely to win Bella over, until Bella wanted to try cliff diving which the Quileute kids always did. What went wrong was Jacob promised to take Bella, however as Bella was stubborn she didn’t wait for Jacob to show so she dived off the cliff.
Of course Alice couldn’t see Bella survive; she saw her jump then never appear after that. Alice was anxious to see the truth which she didn’t believe that Bella was dead. Travelling back to Forks Alice found Bella fit and healthy but still depressed. However as Rosalie Hale told Edward that Bella had died with Jacob answering the phone call after Harry Clearwater died telling Edward ‘Charlie is at the funeral’ instead of giving the phone to Bella or Alice. The dramatic end came close as Edward vanished to Volterra to the Volturi asking for Death. As Edward was told he wasn’t to be murdered he came up with a plan to exploit the secret of vampires. Luckily Bella and Alice reached Edward in time.
Coming through the Volturi they discovered Aro, Jane, Demetri, Alec and Caius who warned Edward, Bella must be immortal or die soon. Edward didn’t like this idea as they escaped back to Forks, where Charlie became aware that Bella and Edward are completely in love. As Bella and Edward began to be irrespirable and there was one question that Edward has asked Bella which in return she will get Immortality.
"Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars—points of light and reason… and then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn’t see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything."
