Vampire Ranks:
Head of Coven/Family 1: This is basically the leader of the coven or family. This vampire has the last word on decisions concerning the entire coven.
Head of Coven/Family 2: This is usually the first head of coven's mate, but it may also be a very good friend of the same gender.
Coven/Family Member: These vampires are members of a coven/family. Most of them listen to the Head(s) of Coven, who they see as their leader.
Loner: Loners are vampires that have either chosen to live solitary, or have been exiled from their coven. Either way, they live on their own.
Werewolf Ranks:
Alpha wolf: This wolf is the leader of the pack, and makes all the major decisions for the pack.
Alpha wolf 2: This rank is most likely to be taken up by the Alpha wolf's mate, but it can also be a close friend.
Pack member: A member of a pack.
Loner: It is extremely rare for a werewolf to be a loner by choice, because they are very social beings. Lone wolves are mostly pack exiles that have comitted a dreadful crime.
